The WBD Heights Program was designed to help the next generation of entertainment professionals break into the industry. The entertainment world is full of incredible corporate career opportunities that many students don’t even know exist — and we’re here to change that. We know getting your foot in the door can be challenging, so this program is our way of bridging that gap, giving driven and talented community college students a real look at what a corporate career in entertainment looks like and what it takes to get there. If you have students who are curious, motivated, and ready to explore a future in entertainment, we’d love to meet them. Students can explore career paths in Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, Communications, Analytics, People & Culture (HR), Revenue & Strategy, and more.
Program Event Dates: August 25 and August 26, 2026 from 9 am to 4 pm at Warner Bros Studio Campus (Burbank, California)
During the program, students will:
- Explore corporate career pathways at Warner Bros. Discovery and learn how different functions contribute to the business
- Network with WBD professionals across corporate departments
- Attend resume workshops & Q&A sessions with WBD recruiters
- Tour the Warner Bros. Discovery campus
- Receive a professional headshot — theirs to keep

- Be currently enrolled at a community college
