AIE Champions
Help Open Doors. Create Connections. Champion Neurodivergent Talent.
AIE Champions are professionals, advocates, educators, employers, creatives, and community leaders who believe in the value of neurodivergent talent and want to help create meaningful opportunities in entertainment.
There is no single way to be an AIE Champion. Champions contribute their experience, expertise, connections, and influence in ways that fit their interests and availability.

What Does It Mean to Be an AIE Champion?
Creating meaningful employment opportunities for neurodivergent talent takes more than good intentions. It takes people throughout the entertainment industry and broader professional community who are willing to open doors, make connections, share expertise, and champion different ways of thinking and working.
AIE Champions are people who are willing to help make that happen.
Champions may contribute in many different ways — from mentoring and education to industry connections, advocacy, event participation, and helping their own organizations recognize the value of neurodivergent talent.
