BRIC Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship

Entertainment, Media & Tech Pathways

The BRIC Foundation’s Registered Apprenticeship is the first federally and state-recognized workforce development program that supports young people, justice-impacted individuals, and veterans of all backgrounds in obtaining entry-level jobs across entertainment, media, and tech. Through paid on-the-job training combined with mentorship and job-related academic instruction, BRIC Apprentices gain real-world experience while earning a livable wage.

Launched in California in 2022 and now available in Washington, BRIC’s Registered Apprenticeship Program was designed to support inclusive hiring practices in the industry and expand access to job training to individuals from underrepresented communities.  Learn more about the underrepresented communities we serve.

BRIC supports employers with free recruitment services and supports aspiring professionals with mentorship, training, and valuable work experience that will kickstart their careers.
